No-Refund Policy

All sales are final once service access has been delivered or activation has been completed for the purchased plan.

Pre-Activation Review

If payment is made but access cannot be delivered due to verified technical or compliance issues, the case may be reviewed manually.

Billing Formats (UAE + India)

Transactions may appear in AED, INR, or USD depending on payment route and processor. Date formats may appear as DD/MM/YYYY or YYYY-MM-DD.

Chargeback Abuse

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may lead to immediate suspension and formal dispute response with payment evidence.

Dispute Submission

Send transaction ID, amount, date, and issue summary to primealgotrade@gmail.com for review.

Policy Scope

This policy applies to all Prime Algo plan purchases unless a separate written exception is explicitly confirmed.
